My name is Andrea. I am a mother of two (5 and 2 year old). I am a part-time group fitness & yoga instructor. I am passionate about eating clean foods and the amazing effects it has on our body. After the birth of my second child, I wasn’t happy with the way I felt. I was fluffy, had no energy and did not feel good about myself (inside and out). Everyday, I had a million excuses why I didn’t have time to work-out or was so focused on my kids and their meals of grilled cheese, pasta and anything that they would actually eat in carb form, I didn’t have ‘time’ to make anything healthy for myself. So I ate the same unhealthy stuff. Little did I know it didn’t really take a lot of time to eat clean. After I took the 21 day program, I learned how to perfectly balance the right amount of healthy, clean foods and moderate exercise and do that as a busy mom. It transformed the way I LOOKED (lost inches, better skin) they way I FELT (more energy and happy) and the way I PRIORITIZED myself and MY HEALTH. Holistic approach to health and fitness. Eating clean shouldn’t be a daunting time consuming task for busy families. I’m still on my journey and I hope some of this information, recipes, and tips can help you on your journey too. Because YOU are worth it!
