Dragon Dressing

Summer time calls for simple dinner meals with the least amount of cooking. Last night I through together a power bowl for me and the kids with a few things I had on hand…tofu, brown rice, black beans, carrots, sprouts, sweet potatos, peppers and avocado. Options are endless with what you put into the ‘bowl’. What was the deal breaker for this delicious dish was the DRAGON DRESSING. Kids were even dipping their tofu into the sauce on the side.

DRAGON DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1-2 garlic cloves

Mix well and drizzle over salad or power bowl.
