Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These are my kids and I fav treat right now. Grain-free, dairy free and super easy to make.

IMG_48251 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 ripe bananas,mashed
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (omit if nut-free)
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in bowl;mix well
3. Add bananas, dates and walnuts and chocolate chips; mix well
4. Drop a heaping tbsp onto prepared baking sheet; flatten cookies with spatula
5. Bake 15min or until firm
