Use our recipe to make a healthier and better-tasting version from scratch that has only 30 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving. It’s made from a blend of dried spices that you can store, so whipping up a new batch of dressing takes seconds

Ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk (make your own by adding a tsp of vinegar or lemon juice to milk and let sit for 5 min)
1 Tbsp. of dried ranch seasoning (store bought or homemade – see below to DIY seasoning)

Dried Ranch Seasoning:

  • 1/3 cup dry buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation:
1. Combine yogurt, buttermilk, and Seasoning Blend in a small bowl; mix well
